Terms & Conditions

Terms in one place

These terms apply whenever you order from igetvapor. The shipping, returns and privacy pages sit alongside them and form part of the agreement.

The shop and the maker

This shop, igetvapor, is a standalone retailer. It has no tie to the company that makes IGET devices: no partnership, no sponsorship, and no say from that company in how orders, returns or anything else here are handled. IGET appears in product names to identify the devices; the igetvapor name belongs to this shop and doesn't indicate approval by, or any connection with, the maker.

Accepting these terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Our shipping, returns and privacy pages belong to the same agreement.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and be in Australia. Placing an order confirms both. The age prompt on your first visit is part of the same rule, and we cancel and fully refund any order we believe involves someone under 18. Devices bought here must not be passed on to anyone under 18.

The law where you live

Federal and state vaping rules both apply, they differ from one state to the next, and they change. Learning what applies in your own area, restrictions on holding and using vapes included, and following it is your responsibility. We don't ship outside Australia.

What product pages tell you

Each flavour page states the brand, model, flavour name, whether the device can be recharged, its battery capacity (an S3 pod has none) and its puff count. The puff count is the maker's figure under test conditions, not a promise about what any one device will give you. No page here makes a health claim or should be read as making one, and when we can't confirm something about a flavour, we leave it unwritten.

The short notes headed "What the name tells us" are our own writing, based on the fruits and other words a flavour's title spells out. They are neither a tasting nor an opinion from a buyer. Blue Monster, whose name gives us nothing to read, has no note.

Money and payment

Unpaid and cancelled orders

An order left unpaid for 14 days is cancelled automatically. There is no cancel button: if you no longer want an order, just leave it unpaid, or message us to have it cancelled. An order cancelled after you had paid can be reopened by uploading the transfer receipt on its order page. Once an order has been dispatched, cancelling is no longer possible and the returns page applies.

Stock and mistakes

Stock levels on the site come from counts taken in Melbourne. They are refreshed regularly but can lag behind. If we can't fill a line after you have paid, the choice is yours: wait, switch flavour, or have that line refunded. If a product or an amount on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected orders and refund them in full, explaining why.

Reviews

Only someone who bought a device here can review it. The invitation arrives in the dispatch email as a personal link, and a review is published once we have confirmed the purchase.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order goes no further than replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. Anything the Australian Consumer Law says cannot be excluded remains yours. Victorian law governs these terms.
