Shipping & Delivery
Before you pay
Orders are packed in Melbourne and posted only to Australian addresses. Shipping is free from $99 of goods, or a flat $10 below that.
What shipping costs
Parcels travel on a tracked Australia Post service to every state and territory. The $10 rate is the same everywhere, whatever the size of the parcel or the number of devices in it. The $99 line is measured on the goods alone, after any pack rate and before a discount code, so a code can't push you back under it. Checkout shows the shipping line before you commit, and nothing is added afterwards. Nothing goes overseas.
Check the address
Once the carrier has a parcel we can't redirect it, so look over the unit number, street name and postcode before you pay. A parcel returned because the address was wrong is refunded less the shipping, and you're free to order again with the right details.
Want a signature?
Parcels go without a signature unless you ask for one. Add a note at checkout and we'll arrange it.
After you pay
From transfer to dispatch
The clock starts when your money arrives, not when you press the order button.
- You pay by bank transfer. PayID tends to land sooner than a standard transfer between banks.
- We match the payment to your order number and email you a confirmation.
- The parcel usually leaves Melbourne 2 to 3 business days after that confirmation.
- Transit time then runs from the day it's posted.
Business days are Monday to Friday, minus public holidays observed in Victoria. Spot an address slip straight after paying? Email us at once, since changing the label before packing is easy.
Typical transit times
Counted from the posting date, these are typical figures and not promises.
| Destination | Typical transit, in business days |
|---|---|
| Northern Territory, and remote addresses in any state | 7–15 |
| Western Australia | 5–10 |
| Queensland | 5–7 |
| South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria | 3–5 |
From late November through December, and in the week around Easter, the postal network as a whole runs slower. If your parcel travels in either stretch, allow about a week more than the figures above.
Tracking
We email the tracking number once Australia Post takes the parcel in, and we text it as well if you gave us an Australian mobile. You can also check the latest status on your order page at any time. A first scan can take a day to appear, and a parcel crossing states may go a few days between scans with nothing wrong.
Outer packaging
Parcels go out in ordinary outer packaging, without brand names or product photos on the outside.
If something goes wrong
No new scans
Five business days without a new scan is the point to tell us: send the order number and we'll take it up with Australia Post.
Nobody home
Australia Post usually leaves the parcel at a nearby post office for you to collect. If it's never picked up, it's returned to us, and posting it again costs a second shipping fee.
If a flavour can't be filled
What the site shows as available follows the stock counts taken in Melbourne. They are refreshed regularly but can sit a little behind. If a line on your paid order can't be supplied, we'll get in touch with three choices: wait for it, take another flavour on the same model, or have that line refunded. A flavour is never swapped without your agreement.
