Two ways to reach the igetvapor team: WhatsApp for a quick question, email for anything tied to an order, a payment or a faulty device.

What to have ready

• For a payment question: the date, the amount and the name on the transfer, with a screenshot if you have one. Leave your own account numbers out.
• For a faulty device: a video of 10 to 20 seconds filmed while you use it, with the light and the flavour label both visible.
• Your order number, which starts with IGVP-.
• If you're writing from a different address, the email you used at checkout.

Email

Write to orders@igetvapor.com. The same people read both channels, and keeping an order's whole conversation in a single email thread, under its order number, saves everyone repeating themselves.

WhatsApp

Message +61 466 986 496 for short questions, such as which list a flavour sits on or whether a name is on more than one. Anything involving a video, a receipt or an order that needs a record is better sent by email.

When you'll hear back

Replies come as quickly as we can manage them. Weekends and Victorian public holidays are slower, and we don't publish set hours. The checkout itself never closes, so you can place an order whenever it suits you.

What we will never ask for

The team at igetvapor will never ask for card numbers or online banking details by email or WhatsApp, and will never tell you to pay into an account other than the one on your own order page. If a message asks you to send money anywhere else, treat it as not from us, whatever name it uses, and check with us at the email address above.
