FAQ
Questions and short answers
Short answers for a first order and a repeat one: picking a device, paying by bank transfer, dispatch from Melbourne, signing in, and faulty devices.
Before you order
Do I need to settle on a device before looking at flavours?
No, and it usually works better the other way round. Pick the flavour name first: if only one list has it, the device is decided. If the One and the Bar Pro both carry it, the One has the higher puff rating (12,000 against 10,000) and a single Bar Pro costs less at checkout, while per puff the gap is small. Names on the S3 list come as S3 pods rated at 10,000 puffs each; a pod holds no battery and does nothing until it sits in an S3 Device, so your first S3 order should include one of those unless you have one at home. The S3 Device charges over Type-C and is left out when the cart is counted for a pack of three, five or ten, whereas every pod is counted. A flavour you haven't had is best bought as one device, since an opened device can't be returned for a change of mind.
My last flavour isn't on the list I'm looking at. Where do I look?
Check the other lists first. The One and the Bar Pro have twelve titles in common, and of the twenty-five S3 pod titles, fourteen can also be found on the Bar Pro, nine of which the One carries too. If it's on none of them, look for titles that share a fruit with yours, and read the full name: near-identical titles such as the Bar Pro's Raspberry Grape and the One's Raspberry Grape Ice are separate listings. Overlap in the wording shows where to look, and says nothing about how two flavours compare.
Is there a password to remember?
No. Guest checkout works, and if you do want an account, signing in works by a single-use link we email to you; there are no passwords and no mobile-number codes. Every order is filed under the email it was placed with, so signing in later shows your past orders and lets you keep addresses for next time. A saved address can be deleted from the account page.
Who is allowed to order here?
Adults of 18 or over who are in Australia. You're asked to confirm your age on arrival, and placing an order confirms it again. Where an order seems to involve a minor, it's cancelled and the payment returned, and a device bought here must not be passed on to anyone under 18.
After you pay
Where are the bank details, and what goes in the reference?
Your order page shows the account once you've checked out, and the same details are in your order emails. Use PayID, or the BSB and account number, and quote your order number (it begins IGVP-) as the reference. The order reads awaiting payment until the money arrives and is matched to that number, and then a confirmation email follows. PayID tends to show up sooner than a standard transfer between two banks.
Does uploading a transfer receipt speed anything up?
Uploading is optional. It helps us spot the payment faster, but a receipt on its own doesn't start packing: the order moves only once the money has actually arrived. The upload button is on your order page, and the link in your emails opens that page without signing in.
When does a paid order leave Melbourne, and where do I watch it?
Usually 2 to 3 business days after we match the payment, counting Monday to Friday and leaving out Victorian public holidays, with transit time on top. Once Australia Post has the parcel we email the tracking number, and text it too if the order has an Australian mobile; your order page also shows the latest scan. The shipping page lists typical transit times for each state.
I've changed my mind about an order. What can still be done?
Before paying, very little needs doing: there's no cancel button, and an unpaid order lapses on its own after 14 days, though we can cancel it sooner if you message us. After paying but before dispatch, email or WhatsApp your order number as early as you can. Once the parcel has gone it can't be altered, redirected or recalled, and the returns page applies. A paid order that the 14-day timer cancelled reopens when you upload your transfer receipt.
If something goes wrong
A device won't work properly. What do you need from me?
A video of 10 to 20 seconds, filmed while you use the device with its light and flavour label in view, emailed to orders@igetvapor.com with your order number. If it's a fault, a replacement is posted from Melbourne, and in most cases you won't need to send the faulty one back. Changing your mind about a working device isn't covered, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
Why is Blue Monster the only flavour page without a note?
Each flavour page carries a short note headed "What the name tells us", written from the title alone. Blue Monster's title gives us nothing to read, so it has no note; every other flavour has one. None of the notes comes from tasting, which is also why taste descriptions appear nowhere on the site.
