How to Reorder an IGET Flavour, or Find the Nearest Name to It
Published by the igetvapor team
A second order is simpler than the first, because you already hold the most useful fact there is: the exact title of what you bought. If all you want is to reorder an IGET flavour on the same device, it takes a minute. It gets fiddly when the title you want isn't on the device you're buying, or when you fancy a change without losing the thread. We can't tell you how one flavour compares with another, since everything we write comes from the listed titles and nothing else. What we can do is map the titles, and that answers three practical questions. Is the same title on the other device? If not, which title there is closest by wording? And which titles share a word with yours on the device you already use?
Read the title off your last order
Open the confirmation email or the order page from last time. The order number starts with IGVP, and each line shows a device and a flavour title. Copy both exactly as written. Word order and a closing Ice both matter, because either one can separate one listing from another. If that title is still on the same device's list, you're done: add it to the cart and carry on.
Same title, other device
Twelve titles appear on both lists, and each category page shows them as a group, so you can see at a glance whether yours crosses over. On the One page they're the titles marked as on the Bar Pro list too; on the Bar Pro page they're the ones shared with the One. Crossing keeps the name unchanged, for instance from Black Forest on the One to Black Forest on the Bar Pro.
Crossing changes the device facts: a 12,000-puff, 2700mAh One becomes a 10,000-puff, 2000mAh Bar Pro, or the reverse, and neither has a charging port. It also guarantees only the name, not that the two listings match in every respect, so treat a crossover as a good lead rather than a promise.
When a One title isn't on the Bar Pro
Eleven titles live on the One list alone. If your last order was one of them and you want a Bar Pro this time, the table below gives the closest Bar Pro title by wording and what changes in the title. It's a map of the words, not a claim that any two flavours are alike.
| Flavour on your last One order | Closest Bar Pro title by wording | What changes in the title |
|---|---|---|
| Blackberry Cherry Pomegranate | Blackberry Pomegranate Cherry | cherry and pomegranate swap places |
| Raspberry Grape Ice | Raspberry Grape | the closing Ice goes |
| Strawberry Pomegranate Ice | Raspberry Pomegranate Ice Blast | raspberry replaces strawberry, and Blast is added |
| Mountain Spring Mint Ice | Dynamic Mint | each disposable's only mint, with different words around it |
| Strawberry | Chuppa Chupps Strawberry | strawberry stays the only fruit |
| Chuppa Chupps Blackberry | Blackberry Ice | blackberry stays the only fruit, with Ice added |
| Cherry Monster | Cherry Pomegranate | pomegranate joins the cherry |
| Chuppa Chupps Cherry | Cherry Pomegranate | pomegranate joins the cherry |
| Tropical Orange Monster | Orange Fanta Soda | only the word Orange carries over |
| Mixed Berries Ice | Blueberry Ice or Blackberry Ice | one named berry, still with Ice |
| Blue Monster | none | the title gives nothing to match |
The first two rows are the ones most likely to trip up a reorder, because the titles look almost the same. Read the full title on the page before you add it, and check the device as well as the name.
Going from the Bar Pro to the One
The Bar Pro list is longer, and most of its own titles have no close One counterpart. A handful do. Raspberry Grape leads back to Raspberry Grape Ice on the One, Blackberry Pomegranate Cherry to Blackberry Cherry Pomegranate, Dynamic Mint to Mountain Spring Mint Ice, and Raspberry Pomegranate Ice Blast to Strawberry Pomegranate Ice. Raspberry Cherry Blackberry shares blackberry and cherry with Blackberry Cherry Pomegranate, and Blueberry Blast keeps the single blueberry of the One's Blueberry Ice.
For the rest, the word that sets the title apart, whether peach, mango, banana, lychee, cranberry, yogurt, bubble gum or tea, appears nowhere on the One list. A One order then means choosing by a fruit the two titles do share, such as the strawberry in Strawberry Lychee, or picking afresh.
Staying on the same device
Sometimes you want a change but not a new device. The quickest route is a word your last title shares with others on the same list. A few starting points, by list:
| Flavour | Same word, One list | Same word, Bar Pro list |
|---|---|---|
| Grape Ice | Raspberry Grape Ice, Chuppa Chupps Grape | Raspberry Grape, Chuppa Chupps Grape |
| Blueberry Ice | Blueberry Raspberry | Blueberry Raspberry, Blueberry Blast, Blueberry Raspberry Bubble Gum |
| Kiwi Pineapple | Strawberry Kiwi Ice | Strawberry Kiwi Ice |
| Peach Ice | none | Strawberry White Peach Ice Mist, Passion Fruit Peach Iced Tea |
| Mango Ice | none | Strawberry Passion Fruit Mango |
A neighbour here means a title that shares a word with yours, and nothing more than that.
What the endings say
A closing Ice marks an iced version of whatever the title lists before it. On the Bar Pro, Ice Blast and Ice Mist are longer endings that start with Ice, Blackberry Yogurt Ice Berry has Ice before its last word, and the Iced in Passion Fruit Peach Iced Tea belongs to the tea. If you're searching an order email for titles that end in Ice, that last one won't come up.
Adding a trial to a repeat order
Every pack tier, three, five or ten, is worked out on the whole cart, leaving out any S3 Device, so a trial costs less than it sounds. Reorder your usual title, add one device of a neighbour from the tables above, and let both count towards the same tier. Mixing disposables counts the same as mixing flavours. An opened device that works isn't returnable just because a new name didn't suit, so a single unit is the right size for a trial.
A five-step routine
- Copy the device and the flavour title from your last order, word for word.
- Check the other device's list for the identical title.
- If it isn't there, find your title in the bridge table, or read across for the fruit it lists.
- Check the ending, and look twice at the near-identical pairs before you commit.
- Add one device of the neighbour alongside your usual, and keep the rest of the cart as it was.
If you're stuck between two titles, message us with your last order number. We can tell you which list each is on and where the two titles differ, which is usually the part that settles it.
